100 Year Plan for Communities Building a Better Future

100 YPT aims to organises, develops and delivers community needs through a series of focused commercial Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) – financial instruments to deliver legacy provision for Home Ownership; Sustainable Energy; Health, Education and other priority foci i.e. Food, Water and Environmental Management.

This model underpins the local, regional and national economy and attracts significant foreign direct investment (FDI). The mission is to establish sustainable and resilient communities by eliminating barriers that prevent low-income families from accessing homeownership, renewable energy, cutting-edge healthcare, and education. This is achieved by collaborating with a consortium of preferred suppliers to provide a range of essential services and initiatives collectively known as the “100YPT Projects”
