Leadership programme

What is It?

A short development programme focused on developing executives. It uses a coaching philosophy and incorporates individual and team learning to provide impact and results. There are four individual coaching sessions and three team coaching sessions spread over six weeks.

The programme is based on the latest research and incorporates introspection, perspective shifting and awareness building.

Why do I need it?

Executives face unique pressures in and outside of the workplace. Executives are typically time-poor and can find it challenging to do any meaningful self-development, other than the odd conference, workshop or e-learning course. These don’t get to the core to question the need to do things differently and therefore rarely result in any changes in behaviour that lead to an improved personal agency which creates leadership growth.

Our aim as coaches is to facilitate growth which means at times being slightly provocative to create the right space to build momentum. Learners at times may feel somewhat vulnerable, which is normal, but you will be supported by us and be reassured that everything we cover in our individual sessions will be held in the strictest of confidence. Also, each individual learns differently and starts at different levels based on previous knowledge, experience and qualification. Our self-paced learning model accommodates this and allows you to take learning at a pace that suits you.
